We start with a free 20-minute conversation about your site, your market and what you want from search. If we can help, we say which package fits. If we cannot, we say that too.

You choose a package and check out online. There is no contract to sign beyond the terms you accept at checkout.

We send a short list of what we need: read access to Search Console and analytics, and a contact on your side for decisions.

Work
We deliver against the list in your package, in the order the plan sets. One-off projects run to the turnaround stated on the package. Monthly work starts within 10 business days.

Report
You receive a written report by the 5th business day of each month. It shows enquiries and orders first, then visibility, technical health and what we did.

What we need from you
Four things, and one person.
- Read access to Google Search Console
- Read access to your analytics (GA4 or equivalent)
- The address of the website we are working on
- A named person who can approve work and answer questions within two business days
- (If you have developers) a contact who can receive tickets
