Refund and Cancellation Policy

How to cancel, and what you pay if you do. Two cases: one-off projects and monthly packages.

- Free cancellation within 14 days of order if work has not started. After kickoff, work done to date is billed.
- Monthly packages
- Minimum term, then 30 days’ notice to the end of a month. Delivered months are not refunded.
- Deposit
- 50% on one-off projects, due at order.

1. One-off projects (audits, Fix Sprint, Local Setup, Digital PR Campaign)
- Within 14 days of order, before work starts. You can cancel for free. We refund what you paid, including the kickoff fee, within 14 days.
- Work has started. If we have started, either because you chose Priority kickoff or because the 14 days passed, you pay for the work completed to the date of cancellation, at the fraction of the project price it represents. We send a statement of what was done. Any amount you paid above that is refunded within 14 days.
- After delivery. The project is complete. We do not refund delivered work. If something does not match the package description, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it at no charge.
2. Monthly packages and retainers
- Minimum term. The 3-month term (6 months for Authority) is committed from the first month. Cancelling before the end of the minimum term does not reduce the fees due for it, except as described in section 1 for the first 14 days if work has not started.
- After the minimum term. Either party may end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, to the end of a month. You pay for months already started.
- Delivered months. We do not refund months in which work has been delivered or has started.
- Month we could not deliver. If we fail to deliver the stated work in a month, tell us. We will complete it the following month or credit the missing part.
3. Kickoff fee
The Priority kickoff fee (CHF 450) is refunded if you cancel within 14 days and work has not started. If we have already started, it is not refunded.
4. Our cancellation
We may end an order if you do not provide the access we need after two reminders, or if you breach the terms. We will refund any unused prepaid amount for work we have not started.
5. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, within 14 days of our confirmation. MWST is refunded in proportion.
6. What is not covered
No refund is given because rankings, traffic or citations did not reach an expected level. We do not guarantee them.
